Delivery
Please include Recipients home and/or cell phone number with every order. Also please enter any special delivery instructions. (Where to leave product if Recipient not home, or contact details to arrange alternative arrangement.)
If your gift is going to a Business address please include the name of the business in the delivery information.
The Dunedin Public Hospital has No Flower wards, please check to ensure Recipient is in a ward that can accept them. No Flower wards are 4 HDU, 5 A, 5 HDU, 7A, 7B, 8A & 8B.
Deliveries around Dunedin are available Monday to Saturday however all orders for delivery Monday to Friday must be received before 10:30am for same day delivery. Saturday deliveries need to be ordered prior to 1pm Friday to ensure delivery. (Standard
NZ time.)
All orders can be placed online or by phoning our studio +64 3 4882288.
We are not open on Sundays and all orders received via email on Sundays will be processed and executed the following Monday morning. If you wish to organise Sunday delivery please phone us in advance to arrange this. (Extra charges may apply.)
We will endeavour to deliver goods at the agreed delivery time but we will not be liable for late delivery. Late delivery does not entitle the purchaser to cancel the order. For urgent deliveries please phone us for assistance. We will do our
best to help.
Rural Deliveries may incur extra charges. Please phone studio for an accurate quote.

Normal Service to Dunedin Inner Suburbs $10 each
(Orders must be in by 2pm Monday to Friday for same day delivery. Orders for Saturday delivery must be in by 4pm the previous Friday.)

Outram $20 each (Delivery is only available on the last run of the day at 4pm. All orders in by 2pm Monday to Friday.)
Out of Town Deliveries $15 each
Palmerston & Waikouaiti (Monday to Friday only. Orders must be in by 12pm for same day delivery.)
Alexandra, Balclutha, Cromwell, Gore, Invercargill, Lawrence & Milton., Queenstown, Wanaka. (Available only on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays. Orders must be in the previous day by 4pm)
Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with a product you have purchased, please notify Evergreen Elegance within 24 hours of receipt of product so that we can decide the most appropriate course of action.
In most cases this will include your ability to return the product to us for an exchange. All goods returned must be in original packaging and in a saleable condition. The cost of returning the goods must be met by the purchaser.
Flower Care Instructions
~ Always use a clean container or vase and fresh water if avaliable.
~ Cut 2cm off the bottom of the stems with sharp scissors or a knife.
~ Place boquet in clean water and top up the vase or container with fresh water daily.
~ Change the water completely and recut the stems every 4-5 days.
~ Keep your flowers out of direct sunlight and away from all heat sources such as heat pumps and fires.
